Concepts from Social Psychology
This course is designed to provide an overall understanding of how and why humans act the way they do. From critical thinking and identifying cognitive bias to understanding the difference between information and intelligence, this course provides an introduction to key cognitive skills and ideas to help you better understand yourself and the world around you.
This course is based on experiential learning and application in real-world conflict scenarios and teaches from that perspective.
While founded in the established science of cognitive behavior, the course does not follow standard psychology lessons and is not a substitute for academic or clinical work in the subject. This course should be viewed as supplemental material in how cognitive science can be used in practical application - both in yourself and how you observe others.
Note that signing up for your school will add students to your Users list, but they will still need to enroll in specific courses and coaching products of their choice to access your content.

Introduction to Thinking
Knowing how to think and what influences your thoughts and conclusions is essential to being able to think clearly and provide objective conclusions. Having the confidence to examine a problem and KNOW that you have come to the most logical answer based on available information is key to thinking with purpose.

Cognitive Tools & Methods
(Coming Soon!)
Building from Module 1, knowing how you think provides a baseline for understanding how others think and behave. This course will provide you with specific models incorporating human nature and network development to examine how the environment and an individual’s personality impact how they form organizations and make decisions.

The Art of Communication
(Coming Soon!)
Sharing your insight, intuition, and knowledge is key to bring others around to your way of thinking. Further developing your ability to think critically and creatively, how do you communicate your ideas to others? This module will give you tools to better understand your audience and effectively communicate - in multiple mediums (spoken, written, presentation).

Hi, I’m Tony Gilgis. I'll be guiding you along the path towards better understanding yourself, and those around you... and, hopefully, helping you know what to do with your newfound knowledge.
But first, you probably want to know what I bring to the table, or at least what gives me the credentials to present this course to you.
I began my career in 1989 and have served as a member of the U.S. intelligence community for 33 years, with 21 years directly supporting Special Operations around the globe. Most recently, I have provided consulting services within the Department of Defense on both Special Operations and Intelligence efforts.
Over the course of my career, I have conducted operational deployments in support of strategic national objectives and tactical operations. This experience has given me a unique and unparalleled understanding of how human interaction can be used to explain actions and shape decisions. The application of this knowledge has led to some great stories that can never be told - but the lessons of those events can, and should, be passed along.
What I have put together here are some of those lessons - each based on direct experience. I am providing them to you because they have practical, real-world, applications as well as providing a good baseline for understanding human behavior.
